About Bookends

We created Bookends to raise funds for our mission as well as provide us with a space to hold our events, workshops, and literacy program.

We believe that the more people read, the more informed they are. Reading opens our minds to different ideas. Some books move us to help others. Some might inspire us to learn more about people who are different from us and others guide us to a deeper understanding of the members in our community.

All proceeds from our sales goes back into our program, so we can help even more children and adults learn to read.
